When I said there was room for one more...

When I created There's Always Room For One More and its title I only had 4 kids. So maybe the title should be There's Always Room for One More At A Time.

We added to our family yesterday because there just wasn't enough craziness around here. (JD, I like how you called us the crazy bus!) And keeping with tradition, I traveled to get this one, although not as far or as long as with Jenna, Emma and Ryan.

Without further ado introducing our newest family member:

Sugar Bella

Sugar Bella, affectionately known as Bella, is an 8 week old Maltese Puppy.

She is supposed to be Julia's responsibility. She had to take care of FiFi for a few weeks to prove she was responsible. (Check back with me in a week or two on that one.) So now we have 6 kids and 2 dogs, and 3 of those 8 have no bladder or bowel control. Welcome to the Nut House. Or the Stinky House, only I don't know it because I can't smell.

Oops, gotta go. The puppy just pooped on the ottoman. Yes the same ottoman the babies decorated. Why's everybody gotta be hatin' on my ottoman?

I'm not a dog person. I was hoping so see a cute little baby's face. If you had to add a doggy that sure is a cute one.

Awwww, she looks just like my parents' old dog. Absolute cutie! Here's hoping potty training is quick and easy for Bella! :)

Kristin, I wondered if someone would think I was getting another baby. In moments of insanity, I consider adopting again in the future but unfortunately my choices are limited now.

How precious can this dog get??! Sweeeeet! I think that's why baby animals are so cute -- to make it easier for us to deal with the puppy potty training and all that comes with it.

My condolences to your ottoman, my congrats to your family!!

I affectionately refer to my family as "The Zoo". We only have three kids, we refer to them as the monkey and the frog and the flamingo, and we also have two dogs, four birds, a cat, and a menagerie of kids' friends, other people's pets, and my husband and I, the two big turkeys. Life on the wild side!

Glad you liked the crazy bus. I LOVE your blog!!

Bella's so cute! I love her little face and now I understand why you were hanging out at Petsmart today.

PetSmart was a total zoo, no pun entended. There must have been 20 dogs in there roaming around. We went in, I got a cart and corralled the babies in the door and an employee had taken Bella out of Julia's arms and the proceeded to pass her off to another customer who wanted to hold her without even asking permission. Then the woman didn't get the hint to hand her back so we could get our Pee Pads and go. And did I want to go!

Ya know...I think that NOT smelling just might be a BLESSING!

That puppy is absolutely adorable! My Emma, 9 years old, and resident animal lover, noted Bella's sweet dog tag on her collar!

Love it!! We have two labs, two cats and the two kids...I just got back from the vet with my elderly lab...240dollars later. she decided last night ot chew her toe nail off!! I love dogs...but sometimes...I say why? LOL!
I know about the "responsibility" Kenai the younger dog is supposed to be Jesse's responsiblity. I have not been able to clean up after her since the cold snap hit...so I get to chip dog poo next weekend when dad is home..and I mean it when I say chip. :) BTW..it was -2 this am! It is getting warmer!!!!

Denise, what a cute puppy, congrats. I'm sorry to hear about your ottoman, but don't get rid of it, cause then they, the kids and the puppy will find another unsuspecting piece of furniture, and if you can contain it and it's already ruined....let em have it....haha
