Merry SITSmas

My dream was to sit at my computer all day on the Merry SITSmas Blogathon posting away. But that was only a dream...
(cool shades dude!)

The morning was filled with an eye doctor appointment for Ross it would seem.

A Starbucks run soon was in order.

And Mommy's sanity was too on the border.

But when I came home I came upon this:

The living room was somewhat amiss.

But I changed a few diapers, and lunch was done.

The garland lays on the staircase waiting to be hung.

Three loads of laundry waits to be folded.

And a baby wants to be holded.

But Mommy's busy, can't you see?
Mommy wants to be commenter #3.

Merry SITSmas!

  4. Hey, a rhyming post! Wasn't it fun to do?? Sometimes I have to stop myself from doing rhymes now. I guess my Thanksgiving poems stuck a bit too much in my brain!!

You do need a big cup of something. Or put something in your big cup of Starbucks. :-)

  5. Kristin, I didn't start off rhyming but the end started to rhyme so then I went back and made the rest of it rhyme. The timing it totally off in parts but I was trying to get it up quick to get my 10 extra entries for the BIG PRIZE!

  34. 3 loads of laundry! You only have three loads of laundry! Please, tell us how you got down to 3 loads of laundry. None of us can even get down to 5.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Idabel Oklahoma, my usual laundry load threshold is 5-6. I had my family over at my house on Saturday so I actually folded the laundry instead of hiding it. Don't worry, there was 2 loads in the laundry room still "in process."
